Rules of the purchase

Terms of use and purchase

What you buy, what it costs, how it arrives, how you return it — and who is responsible for all of it.

Updated 20 October 2026

In short

  • You buy a PDF written for you, right away, for your date, paid once: the price follows the cost of living in your country and is charged in its currency (R$24 in Brazil, MX$95 in Mexico, $9 in the United States).
  • It arrives right away in your email, and you can download it again for 12 months.
  • 14 days after receiving it to withdraw and get your money back, no reason needed — from “Cancel a purchase”, at the foot of the site, by the same method you paid with.
  • It is not a horoscope or a prediction, and it does not replace any professional.
  • Brazilian law. Responsible: 60.547.640 EDUARDO FURIHATA, CNPJ 60.547.640/0001-48.

1. Who offers this

Mayanastro is a brand of 60.547.640 EDUARDO FURIHATA, CNPJ 60.547.640/0001-48, Sorocaba/SP, Brazil. Contact: contact@mayanastro.com.

By using the site or buying the Chart, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with something, do not use it — and tell us what it was.

2. What you buy

The Complete Maya Chart is a personalised PDF document, written from the name and the birth date of whoever will receive it. It has five parts: who you are (the nawal and the tone in depth), the Maya Cross, the bearer of the year the person was born and of the year now, the personal calendar for the next 12 months and the Dreamspell count. It closes with a glossary, the list of the books the reading comes from and what the Chart does not claim.

Every Chart is calculated and written for your date at the moment of purchase, from books by ajq'ijab' and by scholars of the Maya count — and it arrives as a PDF in under a minute. The language is English. A full example is at /en/chart/example: what you receive looks like that.

3. What the Chart is not

It is not a daily horoscope or a prediction of the future. It is a symbolic reading of your birth day in the sacred calendar of the Maya (the Tzolk'in), in the tradition of the Guatemalan highlands, from books by ajq'ijab' and scholars listed in the Chart itself.

It does not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and no important decision should be made because of it alone. The texts are authored; your Chart records the version of the rules and of the texts it used, and when those are revised, the version changes.

4. Price and payment

The price of the Chart follows the cost of living in the country you buy from, in its currency: we start from the United States price ($9) and adjust it by the purchasing power parity the IMF publishes for each country, reviewed once a year — for example, R$24 in Brazil, MX$95 in Mexico and €5 in Portugal. The country is the one you visit from, and the exact price is shown on screen before you confirm. It is charged once: in Brazil, in reais, through Mercado Pago, on its own page — Pix, card or account balance; outside Brazil, by card through Stripe, in your country's currency — and where Stripe does not charge in the local currency, in US dollars, at the amount equivalent to your country's price.

By card, the instalments (up to 12) and any interest are the ones the payment page shows before you confirm. The deadline to pay a Pix is the one Mercado Pago's page shows; if it expires, just order again. The order is only confirmed once the payment is approved. Payment details go straight to the provider: they do not pass through our server.

5. Timing and delivery

The Chart is generated as soon as the payment is confirmed and arrives right away, as a PDF: in the email you gave, attached, and to download on the confirmation screen itself. Check your spam folder. The link in the email works for 12 months, on any device.

If the generation fails, your order is not lost: the system tries again on its own and, if it still does not come out, we are alerted and deliver it by hand — you get it at the same email. If you would rather not wait, you can cancel, with a full refund. If you typed the email wrong, write to us and we will resend it.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the Chart to withdraw from the purchase and get your money back, with no need to give a reason — from any country. This window covers the right of withdrawal under art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code and under the consumer laws of the other countries where we sell; if the law where you live gives you more, yours applies. Until the Chart arrives, the window does not start.

How to ask: under “Cancel a purchase”, at the foot of any page of the site, with the email used for the purchase and the order number (it is in the confirmation email). You confirm, the refund is requested right away, with no one in between, and the confirmation reaches your email. If you cannot find the number, write to contact@mayanastro.com, from the same address used for the purchase.

The refund is in full and by the same method: a Pix goes back to the originating account; a card comes back as a refund on your statement; account balance goes back to your Mercado Pago account. The refund is requested from the provider right away — if it does not accept it then, within 5 business days; how long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. With the refund, the link to download the Chart stops working.

7. Use of the Chart and of the site

The Chart is yours, for personal use: to read, print, keep — and to give away, when it was written for someone else. It may not be resold, published or redistributed, in whole or in part. The texts, the rules, the glyphs and the brand are protected by copyright.

The free result (/en/nawal/<date>) can be shared as much as you like with the share button. Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, and do not try to overload it or get around what is paid for.

8. Wrong details and limits

The Chart is written from the details you give — wrong date, wrong Chart. Check them before paying; if you notice the mistake afterwards, tell us before delivery and we will correct it.

The site is offered as is: we do our best to keep it online and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. What you do with the reading is your own responsibility.

9. Your data

What we collect, what for, who we share it with, for how long and how to ask for deletion is in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the date at the top says when. For your purchase, the version published on the day you paid applies.

11. Law and forum

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code — that is where the supplier is. If you buy from another country, the forum of Sorocaba/SP is elected, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules that apply mandatorily where you live, which continue to apply to you.

Before any of that: write to us. Almost everything gets resolved by email. In Brazil, consumidor.gov.br is also a route.
